Sami Zayn needs to be cautious of friends like Kevin Owens, who has betrayed him numerous times.
WWE just wrapped up its most successful and highest-grossing Royal Rumble. Jey Uso stunned the world by winning the star-studded Royal Rumble. He has yet not disclosed who he will challenge. WWE however has started preparing for the next big event. The qualification matches for the Elimination Chamber and Sami Zayn faced CM Punk in the first match. CM Punk joined John Cena after a hard-fought match against CM Punk. He had previously mocked Sami that the latter was not at his level but Sami gained his respect after the match. It was what followed that concerned WWE officials.

What happened to Sami Zayn?
Kevin Owens sneak attacked Sami Zayn and delivered a Package Piledriver to him. Sami Zayn lost the qualification match for the Elimination Chamber against CM Punk. It was in the most brutal match of today’s Raw against CM Punk. The brutal beating he received from CM Punk would hurt much less than what Kevin Owen did to him, both physically and mentally.
It has just been one day since Sami Zayn was concerned about the injuries to his two dear friends Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes. He was continuously by the side of the ring during their match to check on both of them. His friendship seemed to mean nothing to K.O. who made a living out of backstabbing his friends.
When will Sami Zayn be back?
WWE is yet to state his injury. They haven’t confirmed Sami’s injury. Given the viciousness of the banned move, It wouldn’t be wrong to consider that Sami was injured and might be out of WWE for some time. K.O. has already injured Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes with this move. Randy has been out of WWE ever since.
