Houston wakes up to freezing temperatures and sunshine Saturday


Saturday’s Forecast:

HOUSTON – Our sunshine will finally return on Saturday, which will make for a very chilly start in the low 30s.

Waking up to upper 20s to 30s across SE Texas.

We’ll rebound nicely back into the low 50s with sunshine dominating the rest of the day.

For Texans fans headed out to NRG Saturday definitely pack a jacket! Temperatures will be warming through the 40s and into the lower-50s.

Tailgate Forecast

At game time temperatures will be at 52 degrees! Go Texans!

Sunday’s Forecast:

We will be tracking a coastal low on Sunday that will increase our cloud cover. This will bring a 20% chance for seeing rain showers. The highest chance for rainfall is south of I-10. Forecast rainfall accumulations look to be between 0.5-1″ through the day.

Sunday Afternoon

10-day Forecast:

A cold front will pass through Sunday night. This will lower our highs back into the 50s for next week and dry us out! It will be a seasonally cool week ahead.

Warming back to the 50s.
