The blonde woman who went viral for a seemingly flirtatious interaction with Elon Musk at Donald Trump’s address to Congress on Wednesday night has been identified.
The woman who was seated next to Musk is Heather Valentino, an aesthetician from Pennsylvania, her former employer told Newsweek.
The mystery woman became the object of much speculation after a clip of the tech billionaire offering her a bottle of water, which she accepted, garnered nearly 5 million views on X.
In the caption, the user who posted the clip joked that Musk had said, “Would you like some water and a baby?”
“Elon is going to make number 15 tonight after the State of the Union,” the user added with a laughing emoji.
Musk, 53, has fathered at least 14 children with four different women. He responded to the viral video around midday on Wednesday, posting just a laughing emoji.
Musk has not otherwise addressed the situation publicly.
Based on public records and her social media accounts, Valentino is a 53-year-old licensed aesthetician specializing in hydrafacials. She lives in Wexford, Pennsylvania.

Records indicate that she has a son and a daughter, both in their 20s.
Since 1996, she has been a registered Democrat.
Valentino and her relatives did not respond to phone calls or messages on social media from the Daily Beast. An Instagram account apparently belonging to her daughter was set to private after the Daily Beast sent a direct message.
A coworker of Valentino at Beautox Aesthetics near Pittsburg told The Daily Mail that she didn’t know Musk prior to that night, despite much online speculation to the contrary. The pair, despite being seated side by side, were separated by a railing.
“She was just there watching [the speech],” the spa’s office manager, named Diana, said on Wednesday. “It’s funny, because it looked like they were together, but they weren’t… They do not know each other… I’m sure they met there.”

A constituent’s attendance at a presidential address like Trump’s on Tuesday is often arranged through a political representative. The Daily Beast reached out to the offices of both Valentino’s senator and congressman, but has not heard back at the time of publication.
Speculation about Musk’s connection to the woman ran rampant on social media in part due to the billionaire’s lengthy history of controversial romantic relationships.
He is currently embroiled in a high-profile legal spat with Ashley St. Clair, a 26-year-old far-right influencer who last month publicly claimed she had given birth to Musk’s child—but who says that he is now refusing to acknowledge the situation.
Previously, Musk was involved with the singer Grimes, with whom he shares three children. Last month, Grimes publicly begged Musk to respond to her about one of their children’s “medical crisis.”
Last week, Musk welcomed his fourth child with Shivon Zilis, an executive at the Musk-owned Neuralink. The baby boy’s name is unique: Seldon Lycurgus. Zilis shared the news on X.

Musk, who has sought to slash the federal government alongside his team at DOGE, received kudos from the president during the address last night.
“I have created the brand-new Department of Government Efficiency, DOGE,” Trump said, prompting the camera to cut to Musk, where he and Valentino could be seen applauding.
“Thank you, Elon. He’s working very hard,” the president added.
